Miller & Azevedo
When Greg Harney and Paul Waller turned on their client, Mr. English needed to find a new lawyer.
He received a recommendation to hire Michael Miller who had a law partner named Manuel Azevedo, (shown in photo on left).
For reasons that are not explained, Michael Miller handed over conduct of the case to Manuel.
When Mr. English met with Miller and Azevedo, he explained to them all the facts of the criminal conspiracy that suddenly emerged when the property was subjected to the foreclosure process and that all of this was hampering his efforts to secure alternate financing.
Mr. English says that the two lawyers Miller and Azevedo advised him not to bring these matters about the obvious criminal conspiracy to the attention of the presiding judge in the case or else the presiding judge would immediately find against him.
